Essential Job Functions:

4 years experience in Production support working in a globally 
Good experience with ITIL, BMC Remedy and ticketing workflows distributed team  
Graduate Level University Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Computer Science or related stream.
At least 5 plus years experience with Java, J2EE, SOAP, Perl  
Should have worked atleast 3 year on WebSphere, WSAD, C++   
Should have worked atleast 3 year on framework , IIS, IBM-HIS web server   
Sr. Level various file transfer protocols like FTP, SFTP, Connect Direct.
Should have working knowledge and experience with UNIX and Windows OS
Database Experience with advanced SQL Skills knowledge is an added advantage.


Responsible for providing 24X7 Application Support across
