• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies 

• .Net 3.5 and above 

• Design Patterns 

• OOPS Concept 

• REST best web services (must have) 

• SOAP best web services 

• WCF +WCF Security 

• Web Services + Web Service Security 

• REST best web services is more important than SOAP best web services. 

• Asp.net 2.0 

• SQL Server 2005 and above. 

• Code profiling 

• Performance tuning 

Nice to have 

• Agile/SCRUM experience 

• JQuery and UI development 

• LDAP
